It Up: This is a toning and conditioning class
using adjustable weights - it’s great for both men
and women who want to add a strengthening element to their
cardiovascular activity.
Essential
Fitness: Phase one a cardio-conditioning workout,
combing high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation
exercises. It includes low impact options to suit everyone.
Phase Two uses moderate to light weights to work each
muscle group.
