Our Classes

At The Fifth Dimension you are never far from your next class. We have classes to suit all tastes and exercise levels at times to suit you, instructed by a qualified Studio Instructors. What's more our studio classes are open to non-members so why not bring a friend. Please remember to book in advance though as these classes are popular. Our diverse timetable includes all classes listed below. All of these will be held in the air conditioned studio fully sprung dance floor.

Adrenaline Aerobics: This class involves Cardiovascular Interval Training, is great for increasing all over endurance and body strength. If you are looking for a class that is high in motivation and burns calories quick smart, this is the class for you!

Adult Dance: A combination of different dance styles, suitable for the beginner to the more experienced!

Belly Dancing : What a great way to loose some inches while having fun! Join Yvette to learn all about the benefits of Belly Dancing!

Body Balance: This is a dynamic programme that leaves you relaxed and renewed. Combining Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, this carefully structured programme creates a total holistic workout.

Boot Camp: Grit your teeth in this Boot Camp style class. Workout your whole body and sweat like a pro!

Cardio Combat: A complete all-over body workout. This is a non-contact class that uses kicking and punching elements to burn fat and tone muscle.

Cardio Fusion: This class combines different forms of Cardiovascular training all into one great session - there will be no limit to the type of class you will attend in this Cardio Endurance session.

Circuits: Use all aspects of Fitness including Cardiovascular, Muscular and Flexibility in this wonderful class. Suitable for all levels of Fitness.

Pump It Up: This is a toning and conditioning class using adjustable weights - it’s great for both men and women who want to add a strengthening element to their cardiovascular activity.

Essential Fitness: Phase one a cardio-conditioning workout, combing high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises. It includes low impact options to suit everyone. Phase Two uses moderate to light weights to work each muscle group.

 

Fighting Fit: A high intensity class which involves punches, kicks, elbows and knees. Fighting Fit is a partner based pad-work class. No previous experience required. This class will I improve your cardio, strength, flexibility, endurance and muscle tone.

LA Combat Conditioning: Warm up, glove up and work your boxing techniques in this fantastic class with Leigh Alliss! You will work your Cardiovascular System while learning the art of boxing. Sparring is optional. Improve your self defence, confidence, respect & Fitness level. que Fl

LBT (Legs, Bum and Tums): Legs, Bums and Tums is a great class for toning and tightening the whole lower body area.

Mixed Pilates: Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly, Pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the core.

Spin Cycle: Join in the jumps, hill climbs and sprints - from beginner cyclist to the full on enthusiast, this is an unforgettable fitness experience.

Work & Sweat: This is an old school cardio sweat class. Come prepared to work and sweat!

X Fit : This class is certainly not for beginners or the feint of heart. X-Fit is a repetition based class designed to work you to fatigue! Are you up to the challenge?

Zumba Dance : A combination of Fast and Slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your muscles. This class is designed to run in a party like atmosphere and is suitable for all fitness levels.
