Whether
you are joining the club to lose weight, improve general fitness
or muscle tone we have the most up to date gymnasium in the
area. After your induction your training programme will be electronically
installed onto the equipment to make working out that much simpler.
CLASSES
(open to non members)
The Fifth Dimension has a busy studio programme providing a
wide variety of classes to suit all ages and ability. Our diverse
timetable includes: Step Aerobics, Aerobic and Body Balance
Training Circuits, Adult Dance Classes, Spin Cycling, Fitball,
Pilates. All of these classes are held in the air conditioned
studio with a fully sprung dance floor.
Personal
Training
Personal Training is the best way to achieve your goals. Book
in for a 'one to one' session with one of our Personal Training
Instructors who will take you through your workout and provide
expert knowledge to optimise your performance. Whether your
programme is for general fitness, weight loss or a specific
injury, the Personal Training Instructor
will help you maintain the motivation needed, whilst providing
up to date information and guidance.
