At The Fifth Dimension you are never far from your next class. We have classes to suit all tastes and exercise levels at times to suit you, instructed by a qualified member of the Fitness Team. What's more our studio classes are open to non-members so why not bring a friend. Please remember to book in advance though as these classes are popular. Our diverse timetable includes: Step Aerobics, Aerobic and Body Balance Training, Circuits, Adult Dance Classes, Spin Cycling, Fitball, Boxcercise, Yoga and Pilates. All of these classes will be held in the air conditioned studio fully sprung dance floor.

Body Balance
Is a dynamic Yoga based stretch programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. It combines the fundamental principles of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates.


Body Combat
A complete all over body workout. This is a non contact class that uses kicking and punching elements to burn fat and tone muscle.

Body Pump
This is a toning and conditioning class using adjustable weights - its great for both men and women who want to add a strengthening element to their cardiovascular activity.

Chinese Boxing (£)
Chinese Boxing is a full Martial Arts class that involves kicking, punching and various open handed tecniques. The class runs for 1 1/2 hours and focuses on applications and physical conditioning. If you would like to get more out of your training sessions, give it a try.

Dance Style Aerobics
Burn the floor with the funkiest shuffle in the club! This dance / aerobic session is easy to follow, yet sizzles with heat and energy and has been carefully designed to ssatisfy your body and soul... So join in the party!!

Essential Fitness Phase I
A cardiovascular cycling workout that guarantees to leave you on a high and wanting more. It's time to declare war on fat and get set to ride the calorie killer.

Essential Fitness Phase II
Using moderate to light weights each muscle group is worked. Simple moves appealing to both men and women of all ages and abilities.

Flexi-Bar
Swinging the FLEXI-BAR creates the vibrations that target the deep core muscles of the body. Sculpt musles and tone wobbly bits.

Glide
Gliding excercises allow you to tone and sculpt your inner and outer thighs, trim your hips, firm and lift your bum.

Jazz Aerobics
Jazz aerobics is a fun and motivating dance class. It's specifically designed to tone your body and improve your fitness levels.

Spin
This workout could be just the right tune up you need! Jumps, hill climbs, sprints, from beginner to the cycling enthusiast, this session is guaranteed to be an unforgettable group fitness experience.


Dance With Alistair
This is a perfect session to learn the latest dance moves and choreography. Alistair Bull has worked on a West End Show and as a co-coreographer to Wayne Sleep.
