Salsasice *
Salsasice is one of the best classes to get in shape without feeling you are
working too hard. You are also learning to dance at teh same time! Why not put
your best foot forward.
20.30 - 21.30
Chinese Boxing (£)
Chinese Boxing is a full Martial
Arts class that involves kicking, punching and various open
handed tecniques. The class runs for 1 1/2 hours and focuses on applications
and physical conditioning. If you would like to get more out of your
training sessions, give it a try.
