OMNIA
OMNIA™ is a functional training system exclusive to Fifth Dimension in Gloucestershire which optimizes strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and speed. It is designed specifically for small group personal training (4-8 people), to provide the same individual attention as one-one-one training but also the community dynamic of training in a group setting.
Some of the equipment available on the OMNIA is:
Battling Ropes
Olympic Rings
Jump Boxes
Pull Up Bar
Punch Bag
Swing
Kettle Bells
Sandbags and much more!
Unique to Technogym is the Wellness Key System, whereby your instructor will programme your key with your own personalised programme. On each visit you just pop the key into the exercise equipment, and your programme will start automatically, recording and storing your workout. You can view your progress afterwards in the gym at the check-in/out points. Also at Fifth we feature a Functional Fitness Area, and the new Omnia (ideal for all levels; especially those recovering from injury).
